Logging on for the first time
When logging in to the Supplier Portal for the first time, you will need to register your company details. This includes your bank details and contact information. Once you complete this, a subscription is activated in Validoo for your GLN. Then, you can start publishing products to us in Validoo.
How to submit product tenders
Here follows a brief introduction on the steps you have to do in order to submit product tenders in the Supplier Portal.
The first step is to publish your products to our GLN 7313270000070 in Validoo. When this is done, the products will appear in the portal under “Catalog” > “Product Catalog.” They will have a Validoo status of a green thumbs up or a red thumbs down.
If the status is red thumbs down one or a few of the Validoo-terms that Apoteket requires are missing. If you click on that product you can see what terms you need to update in Validoo. When the product is updated it will have status green thumbs up which means all product information required is in place.
The next step is to register a manufacturing plant. This can be done in “My Company” > “Manufacturing Plants” by clicking the green button “Add Plant”.
Please enter the required information. This includes the manufacturing self-assessment. You can either save the plant as a draft or submit it for a quality audit.
The last preparation for enabling the start of a tender is to map the product to the manufacturing plant. This is done in “Catalog” > “Map Items” by clicking the button “Map Items”.
When the product is mapped to a manufacturing plant it is ready for starting a tender. This can be done in “Catalog” > “Product tenders” by clicking the button “Create product tender”. Enter the information and click submit and the tender will be sent to the category manager for review.
